In the name of god Amen The xxxth day of October Anno Dom 1618 I Raphe Wrieght of Nether Broughton in the Countie of Leicester yeoman sicke in bodie but in perfect memory god be thanked doe make & ordaine this my last will & testament in manner & form following

First I Committ my Soule to Allmightie god my maker & Redeemer And my bodie to be buried in the Church yard of Nether Broughton aforesaid

Imprimis I give & bequeath to the mendinge of the Church Causey xviiid

It I give to the poore of Nether Broughton iiis iiiid to be distributed at the discretion of my Sonne Ricd Wryeght

It I give to my Sonne William Wrieght iis

It I give to my Daughter Allce Nuttall iis

And to hir Children viiis

It I give to my daughter Ellan Tubman xxs

It I give to my daughter Brydgett Parlmer iiis iiiid

It I give to my daughter Elizabeth Browne iis and to hir Children viiis

It I give to my Sonne Thomas Wrieght xxs

It my will is that my Wife Jane Wrieght shall have the moetie or that part of the living that I now injoye durynge hir naturall life and all my other goods that are unbeqeueathed I give unto hir freeleye to dispose of them as she pleaseth when she departeth

It I make my wife Aforesaid & Richard Wrieght my son Executors of this my last will and I Charge them with my debts my funerall Rites & Legacies aforesaid

I make William Wrieght and Charles Nuttall Supvisors of this my will And soe I rest in the mercies of almyghtie god
