This is the Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Mary Worthington of Plungar in the County of Leicester Spinster

I Appoint my dear Sister Hannah Rowbotham and Edward Newcome Elborne of the City of Nottingham Solicitor to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I Give to my said Sister Hannah Rowbotham the legacy of One hundred pounds and if she be dead at my decease then I Give such legacy to her Daughters Edith Mary and Hannah Elizabeth in equal shares if living at my death if and when they shall attain the age of twenty one years and if only one of them living and attains that age then the whole legacy to such one

I Also Give to my Brother-in-Law William Rowbotham the legacy of Twenty pounds

I give to my Brother John Worthington the legacy of Fifty pounds

I Give to each of my Nieces the said Edith Mary Rowbotham and Hannah Elizabeth Rowbotham the legacy of Twenty pounds

I Give to the Widow of my deceased Brother, Benjamin Worthington the legacy of Ten pounds

I Give to Mrs John Smith of Plungar the legacy of Ten pounds

I Give all the residue of my estate both personal and real unto my said Sister Hannah Rowbotham and if she be dead at my decease then such residue shall be taken by her two Daughters if then living in equal shares and if and when they attain twenty one years of age or the whole shall go to such one of them then living as shall attain twenty one years of age

I Declare that the said Edward Newcome Elborne shall notwithstanding that he is an Executor and Trustee be entitled to charge and retain all the proper and usual costs charges and expenses for all work done by in and about the proving and carrying out the trusts of this my Will just as if he were acting for my Executors and Trustees and were not himself an Executor and Trustee
