In the name of god Amen The twenty Eight day of August in The Sixt year of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord Gorge by the Grace of God of England Scotland Franse and Ireland kinge Defender of the faith Anno Dommini 1719 I Robert Wiseman of Eaton In the County Lester Yeoman Beinge weake in body But Perfect in mind and memory Doe make and ordain this my Last will and Testament in Manor and form following

First I Humblely Resigne my Soule unto Allmighty god my Creator Hopeinge Through the miritorious Death and passion of my Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to Bee joyfully Recd at the day of my Resurristion and my body to bee Dessently Burid at the Decrosion of my Executor hereafter named

And as for my wordly and Temporall Estate I Give and Despose as followeth that is to say

Imprimis Item I Give and devise unto my Loveinge Wife Elizabeth Wiseman all my freehold Estate Lyinge in the town and Lordship of Eaton Dureing her Life and then I Give I to my Son William Wiseman and to his heirs for Ever But my Will and Command is that my said Son Wm Wiseman should Give unto my Son Robert Wiseman the Sum of Twenty pounds to be paid out of the Estate Lyinge at Eaton at the Decease of my said Loveing wife Elizabeth Wiseman

Item I Give and bequeath unto my Son John Wiseman the Sum of Tweele pounds

It I Give unto my Son Thomas Wiseman the Sum of Tweele pounds

Item I Give unto my Son Sollomon Wiseman the Sum of Tweelve pounds

It I Give unto my Son Richard Wiseman The Sum of Twevle pounds to be paid by my Excutor at the age of Twenty four years Each and in Case any of them die before the Come to the age of Twenty four yeares then I Give the part or parts of them soe dyinge unto the Survivors or Survivor of them

Item I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Wiseman the Sum of Ten pounds

Item I Give unto my Daughter Mary Wiseman the Sum of ten pounds

Itm I Give unto my Daughter Ann Wiseman the Sum of Ten pounds

Item I Give unto my Daughter Cathrine Wiseman the Sum of ten pounds

Item I Give unto my Daughter Sarah Wiseman the Sum of Ten pounds to be paid by my Excutor at the age of three and Twenty years each and in Case any of them dye before they Come to the age as aforesaid then I Give there part or parts soe dieinge to the Survivors or Survivor of them

All the Rest of my Goods Cattell and Chatle and parsonall Estate Whatsoever Unbequeathed my Debts Legacies funerall Exspences first paid and Discharged I Give unto my said Loveing wife Elizabeth Wiseman and Do make her sole Excetor of this my Last will and Testament Revokeinge all former wills made by mee
