This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Wilson of Hathern in the County of Leicester Widow made the Eighth day of October one thousand seven hundred and ninety one
First I Give and Bequeath unto Elizabeth Peal my Niece the Sum of five Pounds and the half a Dozen of Chairs I had of Mr Harris of Loughborough
And as to for and concerning all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and of what nature or kind soever I give and Bequeath the same unto my Brother Jennings Berington his Executors administrators and assigns And I do hereby appoint him sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former & others
In witness whereof I the said Testatrix have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the day month and year first above written

Signed sealed and delivered by the said Executrix as & for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence & at her request & in the presence of each other did Subscribe our names as witnesses thereto

On the Twenty second day of June 1796 Jennings Barington the sole Executor named in the within written will was sworn to the due execution thereof and at the same time made oath that the whole of the Testatrix’s personal Estate at the time of her death did not amount in value to the sum of one Hundred Pounds
