This is the last Will and Testament of me John Williamson of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Carpenter

I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Farmer the Chest of Drawers in the Chamber

All the rest of my Estate and Effects both real and personal I give devise and bequeath unto my son Thomas Williamson his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns subject to the payment of my debts Legacies and funeral Expences

If my son William Williamson shall survive me I give him the sum of twenty pounds to be paid to him within twelve months after my death but if I am the longer liver, I give the said sum of twenty Pounds to be divided amongst my son Richard my daughters Hannah Page Elizabeth Farmer Ann Draper and Daly Greaves and the Children of my son William, and of my deceased Daughters Mary Shareman [?] and Jane Johnson such Children to  take amongst them respectively one eighth part only

And I appoint the said Thomas Williamson sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve

Let probate be granted to Thomas Williamson of Ab Kettleby Carpenter Executor of this Will, he being Sworn to the due Execution of if & made oath that the whole personal Estate of the deceased at the time of his death April 2d 1813 did not amount to the sum of one hundred pounds
