This is the Last Will and Testament of me John Wilford of Stathern in the County of Leicester Farmer as Follows

First I Give and bequeath unto my Brother Francis Wilford of Ketton in the County of Rutland Farmer the Sum of Sixty Pounds which I will shall be paid to him within Twelve months after my decease

Also I Give and bequeath unto the seven Children of my said Brother Francis Wilford (namely) Elizabeth the Wife of John Freeman William Wilford Mary the Wife of John Bestard Ethred Wilford Thomas Wilford Lucy the Wife of Richd Seaton and Jane Wilford the Sum of Twenty Pounds apiece which I will shall be paid to them within twelve months next after my Decease But in Case any of my said Nephews or Nieces shall happen to die before his her or their legacy or Legacies become due and payable then I direct that the Legacy or Legacies of him her or them so dying shall go to and be paid amongst the Survivors or Survivor of them in equal shares and proportions

I Give and bequeath unto my Half Sister Ann Eites the Wife of John Eites of Musson the Sum of Fifty Pounds Also to my Half Sister Sarah Blankley the Wife of George Blankley of Eaton the Sum of Fifty Pounds Also to my Brother William Wilford of Stathern the Sum of Fifty Pounds Which said Three last mentioned Legacies I will shall be paid to them within twelve months next after my decease

I Give and bequeath unto John Wilford and Thomas Wilford the two Sons of my Nephew Francis Wilford late of Harby deceased the Sum of Thirty pounds apiece which I will shall be paid them within twelve months after my decease

I Give and bequeath unto John Adcock Ann the Wife of Matthew Archer and Susannah Adcock the Three Children of John Adcock of Harby the Sum of Thirty Pounds to be equally divided between them share and share alike within twelve months after my Decease But in case either of the said Three Children John, Ann or Susannah Adcock should happen to die before his her or their Legacy or Legacies become due and payable then I Will that the Legacy or Legacies of his her or them so dying shall be paid unto the Survivors or Survivor of them in equal shares and proportions

I Give and bequeath unto my Niece Dorothy Wilford the Sum of Sixty pounds to be paid her within twelve months next after my Decease

Also I Give and bequeath unto my Nephew and Nieces (Sons and Daughters of my said Brother William Wilford) (namely) William Wilford Ethred Wilford John Wilford Francis Wilford Thomas Wilford Sarah Wilford and Andrew Wilford the Sum of Ten pounds apiece which I will shall be paid to them and each of them when and as soon as they Attain their several and respective Age and Ages of Twenty one years or day or days of Marriage which shall first happen But if my of my said Nephews and Nieces shall happen to die before they shall attain such Age or day or days of Marriage as aforesaid then I Will and direct that the Legacy or Legacies of him her or them so dying shall be paid unto and amongst the Survivors or Survivor of them in equal shares and proportions

And Lastly All my Household Goods other Goods Stock Cattle Chattels rights credits ready money and Securities for money and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to the payment of my Debts Legacies Funeral and Testamentary Expences) I Give and bequeath unto my dear and loveing Wife Mary Wilford whom I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint residuary Legatee and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said John Wilford have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of November One thousand eight hundred and two

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said John Wilford the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof

Let a probat be granted to Mary Wilford the sole Executrix within named

She the said Mary Wilford being duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the Testators goods, Chattles, & Credits do not amount in value to the sum of Six hundred Pounds
