This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis Wilford of the Parish of Stathern in the County of Leicester
Firstly I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named
Secondly I give devise and bequeath all and every my household furniture, linen, wearing apparel, books and also all and every sum and sums of money which may be in my house or about my person or which may be due to me at the time of my decease and all and every other my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal whether in possession, reversion, remainder or expectancy unto Mr William Jackson of the Parish of Eastwell in the County of Leicester, his heirs executors, administrators or assigns Upon Trust for the benefit of Ann Harvey of the Parish of Stathern and her three children namely Edward Emily and Elizabeth and I hereby direct the said William to pay to the said Ann Harvey the sum of Six shillings weekly for the benefit of herself and of her children so long as the money may last
If the said Ann Harvey should marry after my decease then I direct that the Six shillings per week be paid for the maintenance and education of the three children of Ann Harvey aforenamed Edward, Emily, and Elizabeth
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said William Jackson Executor of this my Will And hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Francis Wilford have hereunto set my hand the Fifteenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy two

Signed by the Testator Francis Wilford and acknowledged by him to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time and subscribed by us as Witnesses in the presence of the said Testator and of each other

Proved at Leicester on the Ninth day of November 1878 by the Oath of William Jackson the Sole Executor to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Francis Wilford was late of Stathern in the County of Leicester Shoemaker and died on the Ninth day of July 1878 at Stathern aforesaid
