Let Administration be granted and committed under seal to the within bound Elizabeth Whittle Widow and Relict of the within named Thomas Whittle who died Intestate in July last
She being duly sworn as well to the faithful Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels & Credits of the said deceased as that the said Goods Chattels & Credits do not amount in value to the sum of Four hundred and Fifty pounds

According to the Inventory to which Mrs Whittle has sworn, the total effects of the deceased amount to £440
I therefore administered the Oath as being under 450 accords to the Rules you sent me sometime backward
