This is the last Will and Testament of me William Whitaker of Harby in the County of Leicester Grocer

I give to my Wife Ann Whitaker such part of my Household Furniture and effects as shall choose so as to enable her to furnish a house for herself and I also give to my said Wife during her life and so long as she shall continue my Widow an Annuity of Twenty pounds and sixteen shillings to be paid to her weekly the first payment to be made one week after my decease

I give to each of my daughters the sum of One hundred pounds to be paid to them respectively by three annual instalments the first of such instalments to be paid one year from my decease Provided always that if any one of my said daughters shall die before all the instalments of such sum of One hundred pounds shall have been paid to her as aforesaid leaving issue then I declare that the said sum or such part thereof as shall remain unpaid shall be paid to such issue and if more than one in equal shares

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of subject to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the legacies and annuity bequeathed by this my Will unto my son Charles Whitaker absolutely And I appoint my said son to be sole executor of this my Will

And I hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me

Signed by the said William Whitaker the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at Leicester on the thirteenth day of June 1892 by the Oath of Charles Whitaker the son the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted

The Testator William Whitaker was late of Harby in the County of Leicester Grocer and died on the twenty first day of May 1892 at Harby aforesaid
