In the name of god Amen In the year of our lord god 1632 and the v Day of Apryll I Robert White of the lodge in the parrysh of Nether Broughton in the countie of Leycester laboror Sycke in bodie butt in good perfect Remembrance God be thanked I doe ordaine and make that my last Will and testament in manner and forme following

Fyrst I give and bequeth my Soule to allmyghtie god my maker and Redeemer In whom I trust to be saved and my bodie to bee buryed in the parrysh Church yard of Nether Broughton aforesaid

Item: my will ys that my wyffe Judith White shall have my howss at Melton Mobree and all the commydities therto belonging during hir naturall lyffe

Item: my will ys that my wyff Judith White shall have all my goods and Cattells moveable and unmoovale duryng hir naturall lyffe to the brynging upp of Chyldren

Item: my will ys that my wyffe Judeth doe marrye againe after my decease that then shee shall give to foure of my Children Robart and Wyllyam and Alce and Ann every one of them four pounds

Item my will ys that John White my sonne shall have my howsse at Melton Mobrey with all the commydities therto belonging for ever after the decease of Judith my wyffe paying unto his brother Robart White Syx pounds within foure years after he doth enter of the howss and to help his other brother Willyam White to a trade

Item I doe make Judith White my wyffe my Sole Executor
