This is the last will and testament of me Elizabeth Truman the wife of Thomas Truman of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Grazier

I revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me

I appoint Walter Broughton of Nether Broughton aforesaid Farmer to be the sole Executor and Trustee of this my Will

I Devise and Bequeath all my real and personal estate of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever situate (after payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts) unto my daughter Mabel Brooks the Widow of William Brooks absolutely

In Witness whereof I the Testatrix Elizabeth Truman have hereunto set my hand this Nineteenth day of August One thousand nine hundred and nineteen
