James Tinsley of Plungar 1805 Will

In the Name of God Amen I James Tinsley Widower of Plungar in the County of Leicester being mindful of my Mortality do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in Manner following
First and principally I commend my Soul to the Almighty who gave it and my Body to the dust from whence it was taken to be decently Interr’d at the Charge and discretion of my Executors herein after Named, and for and Concerning my Worldly Goods of which I may Die possest I dispose of the same as follows, That is to say
I give and bequeath unto my Grand Nephew James Watchorn (Son of my Nephew John Watchorn & Ann his Wife) of Plungar the sum of Forty five pounds
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Nephew John Watchorn (second Son of my Nephew John Watchorn and Ann his Wife) the sum of Forty pounds
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Nephew Isaac Watchorn (third Son of my Nephew John Watchorn and Ann his Wife) the Sum of Forty one pounds
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Nephew William Watchorn (forth Son of my Nephew John Watchorn and Ann his Wife) the sum of Thirty pounds
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Nephews James and Isaac Watchorn aforesaid all my Goods Chattels and Household Furniture of what kind soever to be divided equally betwixt them
And my Will is the Boys not to receive their Legacies not till they come to Age but to receive the Interest as it comes due And if any of the Boys die before they come to Age his share to be equally divided amongst the survivors
And Lastly after all my just debts are paid I give and bequeath the whole rest and residue of my Estate whether real or personal of what kind soever unto my Nephew John Watchorn and Mr William Caunt of the above said Parish And I hereby nominate and appoint them Joint Executors and Trustees for the above said Legatees and of this my Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills at any time heretofore by me made Confirming this only as my Last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Testator have hereunto set my hand And seal this fifth day of March one Thousand Eight Hundred and five

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names as Witnesses in his presence and at this request

Let a probate be granted to John Watchorn & William Caunt joint Executors within named they the said John Watchorn & William Caunt being duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the Testator’s goods, Chattels & Credits do not amount in value to the sum of two hundred pounds
