This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Louisa Thraves the Wife of William Thraves of Stathern in the County of Leicester Farmer
I appoint my brothers Thomas Clamp and George Clamp to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will
I give all the money which at the time of my death shall be standing to my credit with any Bank to my Trustees Upon Trust for my daughter Gertrude Mary Louisa Thraves to be paid to her on her attaining the age of Twenty five Years But I empower my said Trustees in the meantime to apply such money in any manner they may think fit for the benefit of my said daughter
I give devise and bequeath all my real Estate and the residue of my personal estate to my said Trustees Upon Trust to sell and convert into money the same and to stand possessed of the proceeds of such sale and conversion Upon Trust to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the Legacy of One hundred Pounds to each of my Three Brothers the said Thomas Clamp George Clamp and William Clamp
And upon Trust as to the residue of such proceeds to invest the same upon any securities upon which the Trustees may legally invest Trust funds and to stand possessed of such investment Upon trust to pay the annual income arising therefrom to my said daughter or apply the same for her benefit until she shall attain the age of Twenty five years
And upon my said daughter attaining such age I direct my said Trustees to pay or transfer the said investments to her my said daughter for her absolute use And I declare that the interest which my said daughter shall take under this my will shall be vested in her upon my death Provided always that in case my said daughter shall die under the age of Twenty five Years then I give and bequeath the share which she would have taken under this my Will Unto and equally between any other children of mine (if any) who shall survive me But in case my said daughter shall so die under the age of Twenty five years and no other children of mine shall survive me Then I give all the said share of my said daughter under this my Will as to one third part thereof unto and equally between the children of my said brother William Clamp as to one other third part thereof unto and equally between the children of my said brother Thomas Clamp and as to the remaining one third part thereof unto and equally between the children of my said brother George Clamp
And I hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me
