In the name of god Amen I Robert Taylor of Nether Broughton in the Countye of Leicester yeoman beinge sicke in bodie but of perfecte memorie the Lorde be praysed doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following

First of all I comend my Soule into the hands of Allmighty god my maker and redeemer and my Bodie to the earth

The goods that the Lorde hath lent unto me I give and bequeath in manner & forme as followes

I give to the poore of the towne of Broughton xiid

Also I give to my sonne Festus Taylor iiiid To … Taylor my daughter iiiid To Robert Taylor iiiid in full satisfaction of their porcons

Also I doe give unto my Sonne Robert Taylor ten pound to be paid unto him by my Sonne Festus Taylor

Also I doe give unto Elizabeth Taylor my daughter ten pounds to be paid unto her by Festus foure yeares after my decease

Itam I doe give unto my Sonne Richard xl of like good money of England to be paied unto him by Festus Taylor sixe yeares after my decease
