December the 9th 1653

In the name of god amen I Robert Talls of Plungar being sick in body but of good and perfect Remembrance Thanks be to god doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in maner and forme as followeth

First I give and bequeth my Soule into the hands of almighty god and by the merrits of his Sone Jesus Christ I hope to be Saved and next my body to be buried in the Church Yard of Plungar

Item I give unto my Sone Robert Talls the Litle house in the yard dureing the time of the Lease and half an acare of my best barle fallows if he live soe Long and to be plowed and dressed at the Cost and Charges of my Sone John Talls and to find feed for the Same the for… yeare and to Lead the same home When is Shall be made reddy by the said Roberd Talls or his assignes

It I give unto the said Robert Talls one Cowe or one hefer in Case the Said Roberd Talls should not be Contented to Live with his brother John Talls

It I give unto my Sone Hugh Talls every yeare one Roode of barley fallowes So Longe as Wee hold Edward Simson Land

It I give unto my daughter Als Duberry one flaxon Sheete and one pillow beare which were her mothers

I give unto Samuell Elston three Children which he hade by my daughter Elling twelve penc apees

It I give unto William Duberry one ewe hogge to be paid him at Martinmas

It I give unto Robert Talls my granchild Sone to Hugh Talls one strike of barley

I give unto my Son John Talls three Sons every one an ewe and a lam

I give unto my granchild Elizabeth Talls one Chest one se… sheet one towel one pillow beare and one Coverlid

And all the Rest of my goods unbequeathed I give unto my Sone John Talls whome I doe make my Whol executor he paing my debts and my funerall discharged
