In the name of god Amen I Ann Smith of Hicklin beeing in good health of body and of sound and perfect mind And memory praise bee therefore given to all mighty god doe make And ordain this my present last will and testament in manner and forme folowing that is to say

First and principally I commend my soule into the handes of my saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgivenes of all my sines And to inherit everlasting life And my body I commit to the earth to be desently buried at the discretion of my executors hereafter named And as touching the disposition of All such temprall estate as it hath please Almighty god to bestow upon mee I give and dispose thereof as followeth

First I will that my debts and funerall charges shall bee paid and discharged

Item I give unto my onkell Harold Smith and to Dorathe his wife eatch of them a gould ring

Item I give unto John Smith iunear and unto Elizabeth Smith being daughter to John Smith of Hicklin each of them five pounds a peece

Item I give unto John Brown son to Jarvas Brown the somme of five poundes

Item I give unto my cozen Richard Smith one peece of gould and to my cozen John Smith both sones to Richard Smithe of Hickling the some of twenty shillings And unto my cozen Mary Smith and Ann Smith each of them twenty shillings

Item I give unto Joseph Bornit the som of five pounds and unto the rest of my god children twenty shillings apiece

Item I give to Mary Smith thirty shillings Adid more which makes £2 10s

And I give to my cozen Ann thirty shillings Adid more which maks £2 10s And I give unto her my black lindes and scarvs

And to the poor widows in Hicklin eighteen pence apiece and to the porist famalis in Hicklin 12 pence apiece

And I give to widow Browne ten shillings late wife to George Browne of Notingam in the narow marsh at the … which legases are to be paide with in one yeare and one day

Item I give to my sister Grace Brown all the rest And resadew of my personal estate I doe give and bequeth unto my loving sister Grace full and whole execotar of this my last will and teastement and I doe hereby revoke disanul and make voyde all formar willes and teastements by mee heartofor made

In witness whereof I the said Ann Smith to this my Last will and testement beeing contained in this shete of paper set my hand and seale the 4 day of May in the yeare 1682
