This is the last will & testament of me Robert Adams Rowbotham of Stathern in the County of Leicester Inn Keeper
I bequeath the sum of twenty pounds, free of all legacy duty, to my daughter Frances Lilian Stoyell
I bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds, free of all legacy duty, to my daughter Emily Rowbotham
I direct that after my decease my six houses situated in Stathern aforesaid and now in the occupation of Mess: Bird, Buston, Garner, Paget, Marriott, and Gibson, shall be valued by a professional valuer, & shall then be divided according to that valuation in equal shares between my said daughter Emily Rowbotham, and my two sons Harry Rowbotham and Robert William Rowbotham
And I bequeath all other property of which I shall die possessed, whether real or personal, to be divided in equal shares between my said three children Emily Rowbotham, Harry Rowbotham, and Robert William Rowbotham
And I appoint my said daughter Emily & my said son Harry executors of this my will
