I Otho Poyzer of the Parish of Stathern Miller & Baker do solemnly declare, this third day of June One thousand eight hundred and eighty four, this to be my last Will and Testament
First I direct all my just debts funeral expenses and all other lawful effects [sic] to be paid
Secondly I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Sarah Poyzer all that I possess in any shape or form whatsoever goods, debts, chattels and every other thing belonging to me during the period of her natural life for her sole use and benefit and at her decease all that is left to be equally divided between my two Sons, Walter Poyzer and George Sidney Poyzer

At Leicester on the eleventh day of February 1886 Administration (with the Will annexed) of the Personal Estate and Effects of Otho Poyzer late of Stathern in the County of Leicester Miller and Baker deceased who died on the second day of January 1886 at Stathern aforesaid was granted to Sarah Poyzer Widow the Relict of the said deceased the Residuary Legatee for life named in the said Will she having been first sworn. No Executor being named in the said Will
