This is the last will and Testament of me Benjamin Pick of Harby in the County of Leicester
I will and bequeath all that I am possessed of or may be entitled to at my death to my wife Elizabeth Pick for her sole use and possession as long as she shall live
At her death it is my will that all shall be sold and after paying all debts and funeral and testamentary and other lawful expenses the remainder shall be equally divided amongst my children that is to say William Thomas Pick, Fanny Salvin, Arthur Pick, Julia Pick, Walter Cecil Pick, and Josiah James Pick, and I do hereby appoint my son William Thomas Pick and my son Arthur Pick to be the executors of this my will and I do hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made
In witness whereof I the said Benjamin Pick have to this my will set my hand this 26th day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty five
