In the name of god amen In the year of our lord god 1613 and in the xvii day of May I Elyzabeth Owsson of Nether Broughton in the countie of Leycester syck in bodie but whole in mynde I doe ordaine and make this my last will and testament in manner and forme following

Fyrst I committ my sole to allmightie god my maker and redeemer and my bodie to be buried in the church yard of Nether Broughton aforesaid

Imprimis I geve and bequeth unto the poore of Nether Broughton iiis iiiid

Ite I geve and bequeth unto Elyzabeth Gybbins of Granbye iiis iiiid

Ite I geve to bequeath unto Willyam Gybbins children vis viiid
