Henry Marriott Orson of Sysonby then Harby 1879 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Marriott Orson of Sysonby in the Parish of Melton Mowbray in the County of Leicester formerly an Ironmonger and now a Farmer

I bequeath to my Brother John Orson a Legacy of Five hundred pounds

I bequeath to my Brother Robert Orson an Annuity of Forty pounds per Annum during his life to be paid by equal half yearly payments and the first payment thereof to be made at the expiration of Six Months from my death and I charge the same Annuity upon and direct that it shall be payable out of my Real Estate hereinafter devised Provided always and I hereby declare that if my said Brother Robert Orson shall become a Bankrupt or shall assign charge incumber or attempt or affect to assign charge or incumber the said Annuity or some part thereof or shall do or suffer something whereby the same of some part thereof might if belonging absolutely to him become vested in or payable to some other person or persons then and in such case the said Annuity shall cease and determine in the same way as if my said Brother Robert were dead

And subject to the payments of my debts funeral and testamentary expences and the said Legacies and Annuity I devise and bequeath all the Real and Personal Estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease or over which I shall have any power of disposition unto my two Brothers Francis Orson and James Orson as tenants in common in equal shares

And I appoint the said Francis Orson and James Orson Executors of this my Will

Proved at Leicester on the Fifth day of May 1879 by the Oaths of Francis Orson and James Orson, the Brothers, the Executors to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Henry Marriott Orson was formerly of Sysonby in the Parish of Melton Mowbray and late of Harby both in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the Twelfth day of March 1879 at Harby aforesaid
