In the name of God Amen I Thomas Musson of Harby in Leicestershire being in Perfect memory and understanding God be Praised do make and Ordain this my Last will and Tastament in Manar and Form following
Imprimis I will that all my Just debts and Funeral Expences be Paid and Satisfied and after Payment thereof I give and bequeath all my goods Cattle Chattle Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever unto my Loving Daughter Mary Smart and I do hereby Revoke Null and make void all formar wills and Tastaments by me maid
I do heare by declare Nominate Constitute and appoint my said Daughter Mary Smart Soul Executor of this my Last will and Tastament
In Wittness whereof I the said Thos Muson have here unto have set my Hand and Seal the Seventh day of November in the Twenty third year of the Rain of our Soveran Lord George the Second by the grace of God of great Briton France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c and in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty
