This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Miller of Plungar in the County of Leicester Widow

I appoint my Nephew William Braithwaite of Stathern Lodge in the said County of Leicester Farmer and my Stepson William Miller of Plungar aforesaid Farmer to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I give and bequeath the following legacies free from legacy duty namely To my said Nephew William Braithwaite Fifty pounds to my Stepdaughter Ellen Miller One hundred pounds To my Stepdaughter Ann Kirk Forty pounds To my Niece Edith Burton Forty pounds To my Niece Mary Walker Twenty pounds To my Nephew James Braithwaite Twenty pounds To my Nephew Richard Bailey Braithwaite Twenty pounds To my Nephew Joseph Braithwaite Twenty pounds To my Niece Ellen Attenborough Ten pounds To my Niece Ann Glenn Ten pounds To my Niece Mary Blount Ten pounds To my Niece Rebecca Gray Ten pounds To my Niece Catherine Burton Ten pounds To my Niece Lizzie Sharp Ten pounds To my Niece Mary Ann Walton Ten pounds To my Niece Mary Goodacre Ten pounds To my Niece Dinah Littlewood Ten pounds To my Niece Ellen Shelton Ten pounds To my Niece Annie Jackson Ten pounds

And I give and bequeath all other the residue of my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto the said William Braithwaite and William Miller in equal shares absolutely

Proved at Leicester on the twenty fifth day of March 1892 by the Oaths of William Braithwaite, the Nephew, and William Miller, the Stepson, the Executors to whom Administration was granted

The Testatrix Mary Miller was late of Plungar in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the twenty fourth day of May 1891 at Plungar aforesaid
