In the Name of God Amen I William Mason of Eastwell in the County of Leicester farmer being Sick and weak of body but of a sound and perfect Memory Do Make this My Last Will and testament
First I commend My Soul into the hands of almighty God and My Body to the Earth to be Decently Buried According to the Discresion of my Executors
Imprimis I Give and Bequeath to Alice my Loving Wife those two Heifers I Lately bought of John Jackson, as also all those houshould Goods she brought with her when I Married her
Item I Give to Sarah me Eldest Daughter one Shilling
Also I Give to my Two Daughters Ann and Catherine the Sum of five pounds of Lawfull Money to be Equally Divided between them and to be paid by my Executors that is fifty shillings to be paid My Daughter Ann at her age of twenty two years and fifty shillings to be paid My Daughter Catherine at her age of twenty one years
Also I Give my Daughter Ann that Long table that Tester Bed & Great Chest and warming pan and the severall small things that was her one Mothers
All the Rest & Residue of my Goods Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever I Give and Bequeath to my two Sons William and Thomas and I make and ordain them William Mason & Thomas Mason Sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament
In Wittness whereof I the said William Mason hath to this my Last Will and testament set my hand and Seal this twenty third Day of October 1733
