John Marlor of Ab Kettleby 1714 Will and Inventory

In the Name of God Amen I John Marlor of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester Clerk do make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner & forme following
Impris I give & devise unto my Loving father John Marlor My Loving wife Anne Marlor and my Brother in Law John Perkyns and the Survivors and Survivor of them and the heires and assignes of such Survivour In trust nevertheless that they and the Survivors & Survivor of them & the heires of such survivor shall after my decease as soon as they can conveniently sell & dispose of All my lands Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever lying and being in Ashby Parva in the said County of Leicester and with the money raised by such sale to pay all my Just debts and after my said debts are by them paid to pay the surplus (if any there be) to my said Loving wife and Children in manner following
One third part thereof to be paid to my said Loving wife and the other two third parts thereof to be paid to my said Children or to goe forwards for their maintenance and Educacon which shall seem best to my said trustees
And I doe hereby nominate and appoint my said Loving wife Anne Marlor my sole Executrix of his my last Will and Testament And Revoake all wills be me heretofore made
In Wittnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & Seale the Twelfth day of May Anno Dom 1714
