This is the last Will and Testament of me John Mantle of Hose in the County of Leicester Grocer and Cottager

I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Sarah all my personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever subject to the payment of my just debts Funeral & Testamentary expenses and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my will

And further I wish to express my desire that my son Charles Walter shall be the occupier of the House, Land, Shop and premises, situate at Hose aforesaid, at his Mothers death, or at anytime earlier that she may appoint

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twenty eight day of March One thousand eight hundred and eighty two

Signed by the said John Mantle in the presence of us, present at the same time, who in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto affixd our named as witnesses

Proved at Leicester on the fourth day of March 1886 by the Oath of Sarah Mantle Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted

The Testator John Mantle was late of Hose in the County of Leicester Grocer and Cottager and died on the fifteenth day of January 1886 at Hose aforesaid
