In The Name of God Amen

I Henry Mantle of Hose In the County of Leicester Roper Being mindfull of my Mortality Doe make and ordaine this my Last will and Testament in Manner following

Imprimis I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Mantle The Sum of Ten Pounds of Good and Lawfull money to be Paid unto her by my Executor hereinafter named

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Katherine Greathead The Sum of one Shilling of Good and Lawfull money to be Paid unto her by my Executor

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Frances Mantle The Sum of Twenty Pounds of Good and Lawfull money to be Paid her by my Executor at her age of one and Twenty years also I Give and Bequeath Unto my Said Daughter Frances Mantle The one Third Part of all my Househould Goods

Item I Give and Bequeath Unto my Daughter Mary Mantle The Sum of Twenty Pounds of Good and Lawfull money to be Paid her by my Executor at her age of one and Twenty Years Also I Give and Bequeath unto my Said Daughter Mary Mantle The one Third Part of all my Househould Goods

Item I Give Unto my Son Joseph Mantle The Sum of Twenty Pounds of Good and Lawfull Money to be Paid him by my Executor

Item I Give and Bequeath Unto my Son George Mantle The Sum of Twenty five Pounds of good and Lawfull money to be Paid him by my Executor at the age of Twenty one years

Item I Give and Devise Unto my Son Henry Mantle all and Singular my Lands Messuages and Tenements by him freely to be Possessed and Injoyed and to his Heirs and assignes for ever and also all the Rest of my Goods Chattles Rights Creditts and personall Estate of what Kind Soever he Paying all my Just Debts my funerall Expences the Severall Legacys aforesaid & Take Care to Bring up my Said Daughter Mary & Son George Untill they Shall attain there Severall ages of Twenty Years

And Lastly I Doe hereby Make ordain Constitute & appoint my sd Son Henry Mantle Sole Executor of this my Last will & Testament hereby Revoking all former wills & Testaments whatsoever by me at any Time heretofore made

In Wittness whereof I the Said Henry Mantle have to this my Last will & Testament Sett my hand & Seal this Third Day of June Ano Dom 1723
