This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Mann of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Widow

I Give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estates whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever unto my friends Enoch Goodson of Muston Gorse in the said County Farmer and Israel Goodson of Muston aforesaid Farmer and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the respective natures and qualities thereof Upon Trust that they my said Trustees or the survivor of them his executors Administrators or assigns do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease sell and convert into ready money all such part and parts of my personal Estate as shall not consist of money or Securities for money and do and shall call receive and get in all such part and parts thereof as shall consist of money or securities for money and do and shall thereout after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses put place and continue the residue of the said Trust monies on Government or Real securities at Interest with power to alter and transpose the securities from time to time as to my said Trustees shall seem best and do and shall stand and be possessed of the Interest dividends and annual proceeds thereof and of the rents issues and profits of my said Hereditaments and Real Estate Upon Trust to pay the said Interest Dividends and annual proceeds rents issues and profits unto Mary Brewin the Wife of Edwin Brewin of Nether Broughton aforesaid Laborer and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease

Upon Trust that they my said Trustees and the survivor of them his heirs and assigns do and shall as and when and at such time and times as they shall think most proper and convenient sell and dispose of my said Real Estate by public Auction or private Contract for the most money and best prices that can be reasonably and conveniently had or gotten for the same And do and shall stand and be possessed of the monies to arise by such Sale and of the rents and profits of my said Hereditaments and Real Estate which shall accrue due and be received by them in the meantime Upon the trusts hereinafter mentioned And for facilitating such sale and sales of my said Hereditaments and Real Estate my Will and mind is and I do hereby direct that the receipt and receipts of my said Trustees or the survivor of them his Heirs or assigns for the whole or so much of such purchase monies as shall come to their respective hands shall be a good and sufficient discharge and good and sufficient discharges to any purchaser of purchasers of the same Hereditaments and Real Estate or any part thereof or other person or persons paying the same And that such purchaser or purchasers person or persons shall not be answerable or accountable for any loss misapplication or nonapplication of the said purchase monies or any part thereof And my Will and mind is and I do hereby declare that my said Trustees and Executors shall stand possessed of the whole of the said Trust monies after the decease of the said Mary Brewin Upon further trust to pay and divide the same unto and equally between and amongst all the children of the said Mary Brewin which shall be living at her decease the shares of such of them as shall be of the age of twenty one years at her decease to be paid immediately and of such others of them as shall then be under the said age of twenty one years to be paid on his and her attaining the said age and the interest of their respective shares to be applied in the meantime for and towards their respective maintenance and bringing up

And I make constitute and appoint the said Enoch Goodson and Israel Goodson Executors of this my Will Provided always and my Will and mind is that my said Trustees and Executors shall not be answerable or accountable for the acts deeds receipts of disbursements of each other and that they shall not be liable to make good any loss which shall or may happen without their respective wilful neglect or default And that they shall and may in the first instance by and out of the said Trust monies and premises from time to time retain to and reimburse themselves respectively and also pay and allow to his and their Co Trustee and Co Trustees all such costs charges and expenses as they respectively shall pay incur sustain expend or be put unto in the execution of the trusts of this my Will or in anywise relating thereto

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament contained in two sheets of paper set my hand to each sheet thereof this fifteenth day of July One thousand eight hundred and sixty four
