Mary Lamin of Hose 1885 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Lamin of Hose in the County of Leicester Spinster

Whereas I have together with my Sister Jane Ann Lamin contracted with my Nephew Henry Lamin for the purchase of a Freehold Estate at Hose aforesaid Now therefore I give and devise unto my said Sister her heirs and assigns my share and interest in such Freehold estate

I give and bequeath unto my said Sister All my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever And I appoint my said Sister Sole Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eighteenth day of May in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy four

Signed by the said Mary Lamin in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witness

Proved at Leicester on the tenth day of April 1885 by the Oath of Jane Ann Lamin Spinster the Sister the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted

The Testatrix Mary Lamin was late of Hose in the County of Leicester Spinster and died on the sixteenth day of January 1884 at Hose aforesaid

Personal Estate Gross £25.10.0.  No deduction.
