In the name of God Amen I John Kirke of Holwell in the Parish of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester Grazier being infirme in body but of Sound mind memory and understanding praised be God Doe make this my last will and testament as followeth
I give all my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands tenements & hereditaments in Holwell aforesaid with their appurts and elsewhere in Leicestershire unto my Nephew John Williamson and his heirs for ever
I give to my Sister Mary Williamson the sume of thirty pounds twelve months after my decease to be paid by my Executor our of my personal estate
I give to my Niece Mary Carter thirty pounds within twelve months after my decease by my extor out of my personal estate
I give to my niece Elizabeth Goodacary thirty pounds within twelve months after my decease out of my personal estate
I give to my maid Servant Mary Blag… ten pounds who now lives with me twelve months after my decease over and above any money due to her for wages out of my personal estate
All the rest and residue of my personal Estate after payment of my said Legacies Debts and funerall charges I give and bequeath unto my said Nephew John Williamson and also all my personal estate and to be buried at his discretion
I revoake all former wills by me made and declare this for my last will and testament revoakeing all other wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the sd John Kirke the testator to this my last will & testament have Set my hand & seale the one & thirtieth day of January one thousand seven hundred and sixty one

Bond, bound John Williamson and Robert Pallit graziers of Holwell £200 22 June 1767, condition bound John Williamson, residuary legatee, to execute will and produce inventory
