This is the Last Will and Testament of me Ann Kemp of Harby in the County of Leicester made this 1st day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twenty
I Hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore
I appoint Henry Clifton & Gertrude Elizabeth Watchorn to be my Executors and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I Give and Bequeath unto Gertrude Elizabeth Watchorn the Two Cottages with Paddock & Orchard at Harby Buildings & Chees Room at Harby
And all the remainder of property to my 3 sons Henry Clifton Watchorn John James Watchorn and Thomas Watchorn
