In the Name of God Amen I William Julian of Hose in the County of Leicester Yeoman being weake of Body though of Perfect Memory this Twenty Seventh Day of December 1724 do Make and Ordain this My last Will and Testament in form and Manner following

Imprimis I Give to My Brother George Julian the Sum of Thirty Pounds of Currant English Money and my Best Hatt Except One and my two Best Suits of Wooling Cloths, with four of My Best Stock Neck cloths, and two Long Neck cloths, and my two Best Flaxen Shirts and One Holland Shirt

Item I give to my Brother Joseph Julian the Sum of Ten Pounds of Currant English Money, and My Suit of Grey Woolling Cloths, and my Best Ewe Except One

Item I give to My Sister Ann Julian the Sum of Forty Pounds of Currant English Monty, with that Bed in the Green Chamber and the feather Bed thereon with the Rest of the Beding on the same which belong thereto and My two great Pewter Dishes, with my fire Iron and Chaveing Dish, and my Best Ewe

Item I give unto My Brother John Julian all that Messuage of House and Lands lying and Being in Hose aforesaid, now in the Occupation of Widdow Wade, with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging, as allso one Oxgang of Land now in his own Occupation All which I do give and Devise unto My Brother John Julian Aforesaid and to His Heirs or Assigns for Ever

And Lastly I do Give all the Rest of My Goods and Personal Estate Chattel and Cattle unto My Brother John Julian aforesaid and do Make and Constitute him the Sole Executor of this My Last Will and Testament Paying the Respective Legacies aforesaid, viz Thirty Pounds to George Julian, forty Pounds to Ann Julian and Ten Pounds to Joseph Julian, all which I do Will that he shall pay or Cause to be paid to Each Respective Person when he or she Do Come unto the full Age of Twenty and one and Do Hereby make Null and Void all other Wills by me heretofore Made
