In the Name of God Amen The Twenty Eight Day of October in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty I Robert Julian of Hose In the County of Leicester Weaver Being Very Sick and Weak in Body but of Perfect mind and Memory, Thanks be Given to God, Therefore Calling unto Mind The Mortality of my Body and Knowing That it is Appointed for all men One to Die Do make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament and as Touching Such Worldly Estate Wherewith it hath Pleased God to Bless me With in this Life I Give Devise and Dispose of the Same in The Following Manner and Form

Imprimis I Give to my Brother William Julian One Shilling

I Give to my Nephew William Julian One Shilling

I Give to my Nephew John Julian One Shilling

I Give to my Niece Elizabeth Julian One Shilling

I Give to my Niece Mary Julian One Shilling

I Give to my Niece Ann Julian One Shilling

I Give to my Nephew William Clay One Shilling

I Give to my Nephew Thomas Clay One Shilling

I Give to my Niece Mary Wood One Shilling

I Give to my Niece Elizabeth Clay One Shilling

I Give to my Niece Ann Clay One Shilling

Item I Give to my Well-beloved Daughter Elizabeth Julian Whom I Constitute Make and Ordain my only and Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament all and Singular my Lands Messuages and Tenements by Her Freely to be Possessed and Enjoyed by her and her Heirs & Assigns For Ever and I Do hereby Utterly Dissallow Revoke and Disanull all and every other Former Testaments Wills and Legaces Bequests and Executrix’s by me in any ways Before This Time Named Willed and Bequeathed Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament
