This is the last Will and Testament of me Emma Jeays of Stathern in the County of Leicester spinster

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and effects of every kind and description whatsoever and wheresoever unto and To the use of my sister Ann Wesley absolutely And I appoint the said Ann Wesley sole Executrix of this my Will And I revoke all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this first day of October One thousand eight hundred and ninety

Signed published and declared by the said Emma Jeays the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as Witnesses being both present at the same time of such execution
