Anthony Jackson of Eastwell 1867 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Anthony Jackson of Eastwell in the county of Leicester Farmer

First I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be fully paid

I give and bequeath all my stock cattle chattels money securities for money and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of which I shall die possessed unto my wife Ellen Jackson and my Son William Jackson to and for their joint and equal use benefit support and advantage during the life time of my said wife And from and immediately after the decease of my said wife Then I give and bequeath the whole of such personal estate and effects (subject to the payment of the legacy hereinafter bequeathed) unto my son William Jackson his executors administrators and assigns absolutely

I give and bequeath the Legacy or Sum of Five hundred pounds unto my daughter Mary Susannah Goodson her executors administrators and assigns absolutely and I subject and charge the whole of my personal estate and effects hereinbefore given to my said son with the free payment thereof and direct the same shall be paid by my said Son to my said Daughter within Six months after the decease of my said wife

I devise and bequeath all Estate vested in me by way of Mortgage with the appurtenances unto my said son William Jackson his heirs executors and administrators according to the nature of the same premises subject to the equity of redemption subsisting therein respectively but the money secured on such Mortgage to be considered as part of my personal estate

And lastly I hereby appoint my said wife Ellen Jackson and Son William Jackson Executrix and Executor of this my will hereby revoking all others by me heretofore made

In witness whereof I have herewith set my hand to this my last will this nineteenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and sixty four

Proved at Leicester the twenty second day of March 1867 by the oaths of Ellen Jackson Widow the Relict of the deceased and William Jackson son of the deceased the Executors to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Anthony Jackson was late of Eastwell in the county of Leicester Farmer and died on the twenty seventh day of November 1866 at Eastwell aforesaid

Under £2,000
