In the Name of God Amen I Henry Hebb of Claxton Als Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Yeoman Do this Twelfth Day of August one Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty Seven Make & ordain this My Last Will & Testament in Manner Following

Imprimis I Give to my Loving Wife Elizabeth Hebb Her Marriage Joynter Consisting of Ten pounds a year Dureing her Natural Life

Item My Will and Mind is that my Wife Elizabeth Hebb Shall be Joyned Executrix with my Son Henry Hebb in all my Personall Estate If Shee Continueth a widdow; But if Shee Marrieth again then My Will and mind is That My Wife Elizabeth Hebb Shall be Deprived of All my personal Estate and it Shall go to my son Henry Hebb and Shee Shall have nothing but her Joynter as above mentioned

Item I give to my Son Henry Hebb My House in which I Dwell and all the Premiscess thereto belonging and Six Oxegang of Land Lying in The Fields of Claxon Als Long Clawson to him and his Heirs For Ever

Itam I give to my Son two Closes Moore one Going by the Name of Roe Close and the other by the Name of Foxes Close and include all my Real Estate whatsoever to him or his Heirs for Ever: But If my Son Shall Die without Heirs then my will and Mind is that my Estate Shall be Equally Divided amongst my Daughters

Itam I give to my Daughter Sarah Hebb the Sum of Six Score pounds to be paid by My Executor and Executrix when Shee cometh to the Age of twenty one years and fourty pounds more I Leave in the Hands of my Wife Elizabeth Hebb for my Daughter Sarah Hebb when my wife pleaseth to Disburse the Same

Itam I give to my Daughter Mary Hebb the Sum of Six Score pounds to be paid by my Executor and Executrix when She cometh to the Age of Twenty one years and fourty pounds more I put into the Hands of My Wife to pay to my Daughter Mary Hebb at her Discretion

Itam I give to my Daughter Hannah Hebb the Sum of Six Score pounds to be paid by My Executor and Executrix when Shee cometh to the Age of twenty one years and fourty pounds I put into the Hands of my Wife to be paid to my Daughter Hannah at her Discretion

Itam I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Hebb the Sum of Six Score pounds to be paid by My Executor & Executrix when Shee cometh to the Age of Twenty one years and Fourty pounds more I give to my Wife Elizabeth Hebb to be paid to my Daughter Elizabeth Hebb at her Discretion

Further my Will and mind is that if any of My Daughters Should Die before they come to the Age of twenty one years then their Shall be Equally Divided amongst the Rest of my Children

Further my Will and Mind is that Each of my Daughters shall Continue with their Brother Henry Hebb till they come to the Age of twenty one years with out Mollestation or Disturbance

Further my Mind and Will is that at the Discease of my Wife or if Shee marrieth again then her part of personall Estate Shall Decend to my Son Henry Hebb and he Shall pay to Each of my Daughters the Sum of fourty pounds

Lastly all the Rest and Residue of My personall Estate I give to my Son Henry Hebb and my Wife Elizabeth Hebb and Make them Joynt Executor & Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament Revokeing all former Wills and Testaments by me made and Do make as before Mentioned My Son Henry Hebb and My Wife Elizabeth Hebb Executor & Executrix of All my Goods Cattle and Chattles

In wittness whereof I Henry Hebb the Testator have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above Written
