In the name of God Amen I Richard Healy of Eastwell in the County of Leicester finding myself to decay as to my bodily health but of perfect mind & memory praised be God for it doe Constitute make & ordaine this my last Will & Testament in maner & forme following

First and principally I freely resigne my Soul into the hands of God who gave it in sure & certaine hopes of a joyfull resurrection to Eternall life through the alone merits of Christ Jesus my Saviour & my Body to [“be” missing] buried in the Parish Church or Church-yard of Eastwell aforesaid at the proper cost & charges of mine Exequtrix hereafter named & Specified

Item I give & bequeath to my loving Son Richard Healy one Shilling

All the rest of my Goods Chattels & Cattle I give & bequeath to Frances my dear & loving Wife whom I doe hereby Constitute make & ordaine Sole Exequtrix of this my last Will & Testament

I doe hereby revoke all other Wills & freely own this to be my last Will & Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand & Seal this 14th day of September in the year of our Lord God 1727
