In the name of God Amen I Andrew Guy of Plungar In the Countie of Leicester Yeoman being sick in body but of A perfect And disposing Memory praised be god for it doe Make And ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following

First I Bequeath My Soule unto Almighty God My Creator And Maker And In Jesus Christ My Redeemer hopeing to be saved by the Mercies of God And the Merits of My Saviour Christ Jesus And My body to bee buried In the Churchyard of Plungar

Itm I Give unto My eldest Son Andrew five oxganges of Land And Half My Dwelling house And too Cottage houses In Plungar And too parts of My Stocke And Crop And all my Plows And Carts To have when he shall Com to the Age of one And twentie years

Item I Give unto my younger Son Richard My house In Stathern All out houses And orchard And Whomstead And Too oxganges of Land In Stathern field And the Close Called the Pinfold Close And half the Dalbene Close And his Brother Andrew to hold the other halfe of the said Dalbene Close for his Life And noe Longar And the said Richard To have the said house Closing And all other Things Above menshioned To have And to hold To him And his heires for ever

Item I give unto My daughter Margrett Three Score Pounds in Mony And household Goods To be paid by My Executors At the Age of one And Twentie years And three Score pounds To be paid By her Brother Andrew his heires Executors Administrators or Assignes when Shee Shall Bee Three And Twentie yeares of Age

Item I Give unto My daughter Elizabeth Three Score Pounds of Goods And Mony To be paid By My Executors At the Age of one And twentie years And Three Score Pounds to be paid By her Brother Andrew his heires Executors Administrators or Assignes When Shee Shall be At the Age of five and twenties years

Itm I Give unto Elizabeth My wife half My dwelling house And Too oxganges And A half of Land And all My household Goods And the third part of all My Stock And Crop during The terme of her Naturall life

Item I Make Elizabeth My wife And My Brother Richard Soule Executors of this My last will And Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto Set My Hand And Seale The third day of September In the yeare of our Lord one Thousand Six hundred Seventie And Eight
