This is the last Will and Testament of Martha Grice Spinster of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester

I give and bequeath to Mary the Wife of Thomas Skinner of Nether Broughton aforesaid the sum of nineteen guineas to Thomas Skinner aforesaid the sum of Ten pounds

The residue of my property to be equally divided between my nephews William Grice of Long Eaton in the County of Derby, William Edward Grice, Walter Henry Grice, and Percy Arthur Grice Sons of William Grice of Wantage in the County of Berks: Grace Smith daughter of Ann Rose of Tyranna, South Australia: William Green, Joseph Green, George Green, John Green, Elizabeth Ann Green, Martha Green, Walter Green, Annie Maria Green, Albert Edward Grice Green, children of Joseph Green of Nether Broughton.  These legacies to be paid six months after my decease

I bequeath my household effects to Mary Wife of Joseph Green of Nether Broughton

I hereby nominate and appoint Joseph Green of Nether Broughton and Philip Deedes of Nether Broughton to be executors of this my Will
