This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Green of Harby in the County of Leicester Cheese Factor
I Appoint my brother George Green and my Friend Jesse Wilford of Waltham on the Wolds Relieving Officer to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will
And I Give to each of them the sum of Twenty pounds
I Give all my plate, linen, china, glass, books, pictures furniture and other household effects to my Wife Susan Green absolutely
I Give and Bequeath all my personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my said Trustees Upon Trust to sell call in and convert the same into money and invest the proceeds thereof after payment thereout of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the legacies hereinbefore bequeathed and pay the income arising from such investment to my said Wife so long as she shall remain Widow
I Give and Devise all my real estate unto and to the use of my said Trustees Upon Trust to pay the rents thereof and of my residuary personal estate In Trust for such of my Nephews and Nieces as shall be living at the death or second marriage of my said Wife and shall be then residing in the United Kingdom in equal shares
I appoint my said Trustees to be the Trustees of this my Will for the purposes of the Settled Land Act 1882
And I Hereby Revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of September One thousand nine hundred and two
