I Susan Greaves of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Farmer do make and publish this my last Will and Testament

I give unto my Son Alfred Greaves all and singular My furniture Household goods Farming implements live and dead stock together with all monies due to me from any source whatsoever For and upon the several Trusts intents and purposes hereinafter expressed willed and declared

In Trust to pay all my just debts Funeral and Testamentary expences

I give and bequeath to my Daughter Bathsheba Marriott the sum of 100£ To Harriet Milburn 10£ also a Feather bed and one Chest of Drawers And to Letitia White I bequeath fifty pounds to be paid to her when she attains the age of twenty years And should she die before that time her legacy to devolve to my Son Alfred Greaves

I also will and direct that the legacies bequeathed to my Daughter Marriott and Harriett Milburn shall be paid in twelve months after my decease

Lastly I do hereby appoint My Son Alfred Greaves Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament And I will and direct that what ever may remain after discharging the aforesaid legacies shall be his own absolutely and without control

As Witness my hand this eleventh day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy two

This Testatrix Susan Greaves was late of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Farmer a Widow and died on the thirteenth day of May 1872 at Nether Broughton aforesaid
