This is the Last Will and Testament of me Olivia Furmidge the Wife of William Hardy Furmidge of Harby in the County of Leicester
I Appoint my Son Harry Furmidge and Joseph Rose of Harby aforesaid Farmer to be the Executors of this my Will
I Give and Bequeath to the said Harry Furmidge and to my Son James Samuel Furmidge a Legacy of Fifty Pounds each and to my Son Thomas Hardy Furmidge a Legacy of Twenty Pounds, and I Give Devise and Bequeath all my real estate and all the residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto all my children:-
William Furmidge the said Harry Furmidge, Clara Skinner Arthur Furmidge the said James Samuel Furmidge and the said Thomas Hardy Furmidge in equal shares And I Declare that the said Harry Furmidge shall be entitled to pay off any debt he might owe to my estate in five equal annual instalments the first instalment to be paid one year from the date of my death and in such case the amount at any time owing shall bear interest at the rate of Four Pounds per centum per annum
And I hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me
