In the name of god Amen the Seventh daye of September in the yere of our Lord One thousand sixe hundred and twelve witnesseth that I Thomas Dafte of Garthorp in the countye of Leicester laborer praised be god in reasonable health doe make this my last will & testament in maner & form followinge
First of all I bequeath my soule to Almightie god trusting my bodye to the earth from whence yt came
Itm I give & bequeath unto William Dafte my sonne three poundes four shillings
Itm I give & bequeath unto Thomas Dafte my sonne three poundes foure shillings
Itm I give & bequeath unto Margaret Dafte my daughter three pounds four shillings
Item I give and bequeath unto Ann Dafte my daughter three pounds four shillings
Itm I give & bequeath unto Elizabeth Dafte my daughter three pounds foure shillings
All which legacies I will shalbe paid unto everye one of them when they shall come to the age of Twentye one yeres
Itm all the rest of my said goods & chattels moveable & unmoveable I give and bequeath unto Ales Dafte my wife whom I make executrix of this my last will & testament
