In the Name of God Amen This is the Last Will and Testament of me Robert Daft of Hickling in the County of Nottingham Framework knitter

First I Do hereby order and direct that all my just debts and funeral Expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied so soon as conveniently may be after my Decease and Subject thereto I Do Give and Dispose of my Personal Estate and Effects in manner following (that is to say)

I Give and Bequeath unto my Niece Elizabeth Daft the sum of Fifty pounds and also all my stocking frame with the Jack Moulds Sinker Moulds and every thing thereto belonging

I Give and Bequeath unto my nephew Robert Daft of Snenton in the said County of Nottingham the sum of one shilling

I Give and Bequeath unto my Niece Martha Clarke the sum of Fifteen Pounds to be paid to her within twelve Calendar Months next after my Decease

I Give and Bequeath unto Elizabeth the natural Daughter of my Niece Sarah Daft the Sum of Twenty Pounds

I Give and Bequeath unto my said Niece Sarah Daft to and for her absolute Use and Benefit All My Household Goods and Furniture Ready Money Goods Cattle Chattels Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever not hereinbefore otherwise Given or Disposed of (Subject nevertheless to the Payment thereout of my just debts Legacies and funeral Expenses) And I Do hereby nominate Constitute and appoint my said Niece Sarah Daft Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Nineteenth Day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Seven.
