This is the Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Ann Daft wife of William Daft, retired farmer in the Parish of Walter-le-Wolds in the County of Leicester made this twentyfourth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five

I Hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore

I appoint William Edward Daft, Civil Servant, 36 Albert Promenade Loughborough Louisa Kate Gelsthorpe, Chingford House, Anstey Leicester, to be my Executors, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I Give and Bequeath unto William Daft all interest on money in the Bank, on War Loan Stock, and on the remainder of my fortune which is forthcoming to my husband William Daft for his life time and afterwards to be divided equally between my four children, or the issue of such of them as may be deceased such issue to take the share of their parent would have taken if he or she had been living Beatrice Agnes Daft, Mary Ellen Street, Louisa Kate Gelsthorpe, William Edward Daft

I direct that my Executors as soon as convenient after my decease or after my husbands decease if he be the longer liver, shall sell my War Loan Stock, or other stocks or Shares

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the twentyfourth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twentyfive
