This is the last Will and Testament of me Dorothy Chettle of Ab Kettleby in Leicestershire Spinster
I devise All my Dwellinghouse there now in my own occupation with the Garden Outbuildings and appurtenances thereto unto and to the use of Mary Burroughs (youngest daughter of James Burroughs of Old Dalby) her Heirs and assigns for ever
I also bequeath unto the said Mary Burroughs my personal Estate and Effects And I appoint the above named James Burroughs and the said Mary Burroughs Executors of this Will
In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand & seal the 7th August 1834
