William Carter of Ab Kettleby 1732 Will in Inventory

In the name of God Amen I William Carter of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester Miller being of Sound mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same, Do make & Ordaine this my last will & testament in manner & forme following
Impris I Comitt my Soul into the hands of God who gave it and my body to the Earth to be interred at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named and as for my worldly Estates both reall & personall which it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I dispose thereof as followeth
Impris I give devise & bequeath unto my Nephew William Pick and his heirs All that my Windmill and the Land it Standeth upon and all other my Lands thereunto adjoyning & belonging with all their appurts Scituate & being in Ab Kettleby aforesaid in the said County of Leicester now in the tenure of me the said William Carter my assignee or assignees Farmers or undertenants And also all that one yard land of Arrable Land Leys Meadow and pasture ground with the appurts Lying and being in Ab Kettleby aforesaid formerly purchased by me and now in the tenure of occupacon of me the said William Carter And also all that one yard land of Arrable land Leys meadow & pasture ground with the appurts lying and being in Ab Kettleby aforesaid which I Lately purchased to me & my heirs for ever of and from Mr Morris Cam William Freckingham and others And also all other the Messuages Cottages Closes Lands tenements & hereditaments whatsoever of me the said William Carter in Ab Kettleby aforesaid or Elsewhere in the County of Leicester in possession revercon remainder or Expectancy
Item I give & bequeath unto John Pick Richard Pick Daniel Pick and Abraham Pick Sons of my brother John Pick & Alice his wife Ten pounds to each of them
Item I give devise & bequeath unto my Niece Sarah Gibbons Ten pounds
Item I give & bequeath unto my Niece Mary Sumpter Ten pounds
Item I give & bequeath unto my Nephew William Carter Ten pounds and to his Sister Mary Fewkes five pounds
All which said Severall and respective Legacies Shall Severally and respectively be paid within twelve months after the decease of my Loving wife Rebecca out of my aforesaid Lands and tenements and also out of my personall estate (my household goods and two Cows excepted)
Item I give devise & bequeath unto my said Loving wife Rebecca all my household goods and also two Cows such as she shall Choose herselfe And also I give devise & bequeath unto my said wife Rebecca the Sum of Six pounds per Ann so long as she shall keep herselfe my Widow by halfe yearly payments & equall porcons free from all manner of deductions whatsoever and I do hereby charge & make the same & all charges she shall be at in Obtaining it payable out of my said windmill the Land it Standeth on with the appurts the Land lately purchased as aforesaid of Morris Cam William Freckingham & others and my personall estate (my aforesaid household goods & two Cows given to my said wife alwaies excepted)
Item all the rest & residue of my personall estate after payment of my debts my said Legacies & my funerall I give devise and bequeath unto my said Nephew William Pick whom I make full & Sole Executor of this my Last will and testament and do hereby revoake all other wills and testaments by me made
In witness whereof I the said William Carter the Testator have to this my last will & testament put hand and Seale the Ninth day of December in the Third year of the Reigne of King George the Second Annoq Dni One thousand Seven hundred & twenty nine
