This is the Last Will and Testament of me Henry Marshall Bracebridge of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Farmer
I give and bequeath all and singular my Personal Estate Whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Dear Wife Phoebe absolutely And I appoint her Sole Executrix of this my Will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand this eighteenth day of December one thousand eight Hundred and forty six

Signed by the said Testator as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

Phoebe Bracebridge of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Widow and Markham Hoe of the same Place Farmer the said Phoebe Bracebridge being the Executrix named in the annexed will of Henry Marshall Bracebridge deceased and the said Phoebe Bracebridge and Markham Hoe being the Executrix and Executor named in the annexed Codicil to the last Will and testament of the said deceased were duly sworn to the truth and faithful Performance of the said Will & Codicil as usual and that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased without deducting any thing by him owing therefrom do not amount in value to the Sum of four hundred and fifty pounds and that the deceased died on the 3rd day of January last past
Before me John Healy Surrogate to the Commissary
In the Court of the Commissary of the Lord Bishop of Lincoln in and for the Archdeaconry of Leicester Appeared personally James Hind of the parish of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Farmer and made Oath that he is one of the Subscribed witnesses to a Codicil to the last will and Testament of Henry Marshall Bracebridge late of Long Clawson in the County and Archdeaconry of Leicester Farmer deceased bearing date the eighteenth day of December which was in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty six now hereunto annexed and marked with the letter (A) and he further made Oath that on the eighteenth day of December aforesaid the said Testator duly executed his said Codicil by signing his Name at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this Deponent and of Thomas James Bracebridge the other subscribed witness thereto who were then together present at the same time with the said deceased And this Deponent and the said Thomas James Bracebridge thereupon attested and Subscribed the said Codicil in the presence of the said Testator and of each other

On the tenth day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty seven the said James Hind was duly sworn at Scalford in the County and Archdeaconry of Leicester to the truth of the aforegoing Affidavit

On the 17th Sept 1847 Origl Will & Codicil & affidavit of James Hind exhibited before the Rev Jemson Davies Clerk MA & Surrogate of the Commissary & Probate deemed to pass Seal to the above named Phoebe Bracebridge and Markham Hoe in the presence of
