I John Barnet of Claxon Also Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Yeoman Do this twenty fourth Day of March one thousand Seven hundred and fifty five Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in Manner following
Imprimis I give and Devise to My Loving Wife Sarah Barnet all my Lands Tenements and heredittements whatsoever Situate Lieing and being in Clawson afore Said for and Dureing her Natural Life and after her Discease I give to my Son Thomas Barnet the Close I Bought Called by the Name of Westby to him his heirs or assigns for ever
Item I give to my Son John Barnet My Lands Tenements and hereditements aftere the Decease of My Dear Wife to him his heirs or assigns for ever he paying out of them the Sum of twenty pounds to his Brother Thomas Barnet
And Lastly I give unto my Dear Wife Sarah Barnet all my Estate Real and personal and appoint her full and Sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament hereby Revokeing all former wills & Testaments by me made Declareing this to be my Last will and Testament
In Wittness whereof the said John Barnet have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above Written
