This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Barke of Stathern in the County of Leicester Innkeeper

I give and devise all that my Messuage or Tenements and Hereditaments with their appurtenances in Stathern aforesaid And all other my real Estate whatsoever unto my Wife Ann Barke her heirs and assigns for ever And subject to the payment of my Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences I give and bequeath all my Stock Household furniture and all other my personal Estate and Effects unto my said Wife whom I appoint sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I the said Henry Barke the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this seventh day of May One Thousand eight hundred and thirty nine
